At enbeeinvitations.com it is simple to complete an order. First, choose an Invitation or card that you like the best for your occasion. If you would like an invitation or card custom designed for you, just contact our designer to set a time for a free consultation and pricing. Second, fill out any text, add images, and choose paper type and quantity for your invitation or card. Third, complete your order by paying for the selected invitation or card through Paypal. Don't worry, you are not done. Once we have received your order, our graphic designer will design your personalized Invitation or card and send you an email with a sample of your design. If you are 100% satisfied with how your invitation or card looks, you will email or call us to approve your invitation or card. If you are not satisfied you will be able to consult with our designer to make some limited changes in color or design. Once the revisions are made you will then choose to accept or make additional revisions (limit 2 revisions). Once you have approved your beautiful Invitation or Card, we will then immediately send your design to the printer for the printing process. Once printed, your invitations or cards will be shipped to you immediately

Shipping Policy
We ship all products to either the customer or the preferred recipients within 2 to 5 business days of either written or verbal approval of email draft of purchased Invitation or Card. We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping per order.
Shipping Damage: If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, do not refuse the shipment, but immediately inspect the contents and contact us to get a remake order started. We will file the necessary claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping damage is outside our control, and we are only responsible for replacing the product on our normal production time line with our standard shipping methods. You are responsible for any rush charges or expedited freight expense on shipping damage remakes.
Return Policy
If there is an error in or damage to your order please call a customer service representative so the order may be corrected and/or replaced. Please have the order number ready to give to the representative. Remakes will only be done for the same finishing services and from the original files submitted in the original order. If you wish to make modifications to the files or services, you will need to place a new order at your cost. Remake orders will be shipped the same method as the original order. Saturday delivery is available for $15.Returns will be accepted for all damaged or misprints on any product. All shipping costs for returns will be at the expense of the buyer.

We guarantee the quality and customer satisfaction of every product. If you are unhappy with any card, invitation or announcement we will either fix the problem or give you store credit. Refunds
We reserve the right to remake any product a client finds unsatisfactory or at our discretion issue credit to an account in lieu of making a refund. Refunds will be made as credit on your enbee account, not as a credit back to your credit card.
